Pure 5 HR, LLC plans hosted corporate sports programs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, company, title, work email, phone, company state, and details about your program when you fill out a form, email, or call us.
• Guest information: when we plan a program, your company may give us guest names, contact details, and needs such as dietary or accessibility requests. Guests may also fill out a short preference form (for example, favorite team, foods, and drinks) so we can personalize their experience.
• Website data: basic technical data, such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, collected by the tools listed in section 4.

3. How we use it

• To answer your request and plan, personalize, and run your program, including gifts and keepsakes
• To share guest details with the suppliers who need them, such as hotels, venues, and drivers
• To send you updates about your program and, if you agree, occasional news from Pure 5 (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To keep our site secure and improve it

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Suppliers delivering your program
• Service providers that help us run our business: Netlify (our website host, which also receives our website forms), HubSpot (our customer records and website analytics), and Microsoft (our business email)
• Authorities when the law requires it

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses HubSpot to see how visitors use the site. HubSpot sets cookies (small files saved by your browser) that count visits and recognize a returning browser. If you fill out a form on this site, HubSpot may connect your earlier visits to the details you sent us. HubSpot may also show a cookie notice that lets you choose which cookies to allow. HubSpot's own privacy policy covers how it handles this data.

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. This site does not use Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

6. Text messages

We text you only if you checked the box allowing it. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

7. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for legal, tax, and accounting reasons.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to info@pure5hr.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure.

10. Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
