Planning call (20 minutes).
We ask about your goal, your guests, your timing, and your budget range. If a program isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.
Your proposal.
You get a written plan with the event, the full trip, what's included, key dates, and one all-in price. Every proposal has an expiration date because event space changes fast.
Lock it in.
Once you sign, a deposit secures your program. We book nothing until your deposit clears, so you always know where things stand.
We get to know your guests.
Each guest fills out a short preference form. We use it to pick a personal welcome gift and plan small touches just for them. Your hosts get a one-page brief on every guest and what you hope to accomplish.
We build the trip.
Invites, rooms, rides, dinners, and a run of show.
Game day.
A Pure 5 host is on site to handle problems before your guests notice them.
Follow-through.
Within one business day you get a next-step list with names and dates. About two weeks later, each guest receives a keepsake from your company, like a framed photo or a recap book. We check in at 30 days and talk about what's next at 90 days.
